Todd is very rude and does not know how to talk to customer. I am surprised how he has been staying in business with such lack of customer satisfaction and very arrogant attitude. I have been calling him to get the invoice for the Water Heater Tank I had him to install but he has been ignoring my calls. I informed him that I want to apply for rebate and I need the invoice bill for that matter but he made false promise and now he does not pick up my calls. I hope he gets what he deserves!!
