Honest review:. The owner will sit down and listen to you. He actually put this brunch to the side to hear my requests. However, this lease program is new and needs substantial changes along with equipment upgrades:

- All used trucks. Don't expect a new truck upon arriving. It will have some miles and will have defects inside and/or outside. Make sure you bring some insecticide bombs. It's Florida and roaches are a possibility. I'm speaking from experience.

- No best pass/pre pass offered in lease program. They will however refer you to get it ON YOUR OWN of you want to pay tolls. That's the most ridiculous thing about this company (that I TRULY hate) as their customers are in the Northeast primarily and in Chicago.

- ELD programs are horrible. Transflo Mobile Plus would be great but depends on your phone having s signal. If you're in the middle of farm country or the Northwest, good luck updating your status if you come across a weigh station. Expect to be there a while. They need to get Qualcomm Omnitracs in these trucks with their own communications in the truck. I hate this too. Safety can't help you with you logs. Don't waste your breath or time. I was referred to Pegasus, the programming company for help and good luck getting through to those clowns.

- Can't add additives, oil or fluids to your card while fueling. Have to get an advance at 6%. Tolls, advance @ 6% as well.

- Not too thrilled at the moment with this program. You can't see why. Truck payments are upwards of $1000.00 per week with insurances. Enjoy. This program needs to change. Seen too many drivers leave in my short time here. This is why.
