Customer service is horrible. Once I went over to ask someone for help and the person totally ignored me. The people who handle carts don't know how to talk or communicate at all. I have been going to the pharmacy everyday for the past week to pick up my grandma's allergy meds and they have been lying and kept telling us that the meds will be ready the next day. They also never have the baby food I get in stock. Worst Jewel Osco I have ever been to.
