Tellers are neither friendly nor rude. They just push you through as timely as they can. One thing I don't like is that they do not tell you how much the fee is and how much you're getting. They always say it's on the receipt. I'd prefer they count out the cash in front of me, before sending it through the slot. To avoid error and/or misunderstanding. The hours could be extended to compete with other Currency Exchanges in close proximity. Additionally, I think the fees are a bit too high. Make a profit, by all means, but don't stick it to us.
